Job Summary:
Data Analysts Needed! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and pre-process data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform in-depth analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret data and present findings in clear, concise reports or visualizations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements – and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for monitoring key – performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management or other departments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and databases.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modelling, or statistical analysis is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) in Python.
Knowledge of data transformation and ETL processes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in A/B testing and experimental design. - Background in business intelligence or data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
